How do I order?

Select 'Add to Cart' to add a product to your shopping cart.  A summary of the items in your basket will then be shown.  To order select 'Checkout', to add more products select 'Continue Shopping'.  In the Checkout section you will be asked to provide your personal details along with your credit/debit card details.  Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified during checkout.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards & debit cards. We use PayPal as our secure shopping basket solution. You can pay instantly, even without a PayPal account.

Can I Pay by Cheque?

No, sorry, we are unable to accept cheques.

What are the delivery costs?

For delivery in the UK we charge a nominal £1.20 towards the Postage and Packing costs for orders of £6.55 and under. For orders between £6.56 and £35.00 we charge £4.50 towards the Postage and Packing. Orders above £35.00 are sent post free. For delivery in Europe we charge £3.00 for orders up to £6.55, £7.50 for orders up to £35.00 and £15.00 for orders up to £100. Orders above £100 are sent post free. For delivery to the Rest of the World we charge at cost.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch stock items within 1 working day. Personalised items are dispatcehd within 2-3 working days.

Do you sell overseas?

Yes, but if you are located outside of Europe please contact us first at [email protected] to establish the costs of carriage to your location.

Can I return an item if it is not suitable?

We operate a 'no hassle' exchange or return policy.  Please review our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please email us explaining the reason for the return. We will then contact you to arrange the return.
